I had an issue with one of the panels I purchased out of 6I emailed and talked to customer service and after a couple of tests that they talked me through, they determined that the panel was malfunctioning and refunded my money. For that one panel, thank you

Excellent solar panel for a great price. Delivery took some time but it was worth waiting for. Well packaged panels arrived safely. I ordered 4x400W panels and today was my first day of use. Even though it was partly cloudy I was getting 1585W which is amazing. Highly recommend.
