Thank you for shopping at Dokio. We strive to deliver your orders efficiently and reliably. Below are our shipping and return terms:


SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days after processing.

  • No shipments on weekends or public holidays.

  • High-volume periods may cause slight delays. We’ll email you if significant delays occur.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates appear within 48 hours.

  • Contact support@dokiopv.com if tracking doesn’t update within 10 business days.

Carriers

  • We primarily ship via USPS and FedEx.

  • Contact carriers directly for delivery inquiries:

    • FedEx: 1-800-463-3339

    • USPS: 1-800-275-8777

Shipping Destinations

  • Currently ships to contiguous U.S. states only (no PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, or international territories).

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Ensure your address is accurate. Dokio is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged Shipments

  • Report damage within 7 business days of delivery to support@dokiopv.com.

  • While not liable for carrier-related losses, we’ll assist you in filing claims. Retain all packaging and items for investigation.


RETURN POLICY

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all components.

  • Applies only to U.S. orders.

Return Process

  1. Contact support@dokiopv.com to initiate a return. Include your order details.

  2. Follow our packaging instructions.

  3. Ship returns to our warehouse (address provided via email).

Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.

  • You’ll receive email confirmation. Contact us if refunds are delayed beyond 14 days.

Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Payment processing fees (2.6%–3.6%) may apply for refunds.

Exchanges

  • Defective items qualify for free replacement within 30 days.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after 24 hours (or after shipment) incur fees.

  • Do not refuse delivery—this may result in doubled shipping fees deducted from your refund.
