Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Do I need a controller to use this panel?
Yes, a solar charge controller is required when charging a 12V battery directly. The controller regulates voltage and protects the battery from overcharging. If you connect the panel to a portable power station (such as Jackery, Bluetti, or EcoFlow), the controller is usually built inside the power station, so no additional controller is needed.
What can a 100W solar panel actually power?
A 100W panel is ideal for small off-grid power needs such as camping, RV trips, boats, or backup power. It can help recharge devices like phones, tablets, LED lights, fans, cameras, and portable power stations. Under good sunlight, it can also help maintain or recharge a 12V battery system used for small appliances.
Can I connect multiple panels together?
Yes. Multiple panels can be connected together to increase total power output. For example, two 100W panels can create a 200W system. Panels can be connected in series or parallel depending on your controller and system voltage. Always make sure the combined voltage and current stay within the limits of your charge controller or power station.
Will this work with my power station (Jackery / Bluetti / EcoFlow)?
Yes. The panel can work with most portable power stations that support solar charging. You may only need the appropriate adapter cable depending on the input port of your power station. Many customers use this panel with brands such as Jackery, Bluetti, EcoFlow, Anker, and Goal Zero.
Is this panel waterproof and suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. The panel is designed for outdoor use and can handle rain, dust, and changing weather conditions. It uses a durable aluminum frame with tempered glass to protect the solar cells. However, the panel should not be fully submerged in water.
Is 100W enough for my needs?
A 100W panel is a great starting point for small off-grid systems. It works well for maintaining batteries, charging portable power stations, or powering light devices. If you plan to run larger appliances or want faster charging, you may consider combining multiple panels such as 200W, 400W, or more.
What’s the difference between “Kit” and “Panel Only”?
The Kit version includes the solar panel plus a solar charge controller and basic connection cables, making it easier to connect directly to a 12V battery. The Panel Only version includes just the solar panel and MC4 cables. It is ideal if you already have a charge controller or plan to connect the panel to a power station.
What happens if it doesn’t work for my setup?
If you're unsure whether the panel will work with your system, feel free to contact us before purchasing. Our team can help confirm compatibility with your battery, controller, or power station. All panels are covered by warranty, and we’re always happy to help you find the right setup.

These 100 W panels are very strong and constructed really well.

The 100 watt kit came promptly and as advertised. It was easy to hook up and charged my batteries. The connections on the charge controller used small recessed phillips screws that were sort of hard to access and get tight. I wish they were torx or allen screws.

Amazing solar panel

This was an absolute steal. Great quality and overall performance. Was able to charge my small solar power station pulling an average 104 watts. This is a must buy and an absolute deal for the price

Awesome price and performance

Very pleased with my first solar panel, a little big but not too heavy, been keeping it in my car. Recharges my EcoFlow River 2 like a charm. I use them in combination to keep charging my drone batteries and my portable battery basically never dies! Started hitting 60w now its been doing 89w to 91w steady two days in a row after adjusting the angle with box.

Good Build Quality

I bought a total of 3 of these compact size 100 watt panels. A two pack and a single panel (I needed a total of 3 panels for my project). They all arrived very well protected and with no damage to the glass or the frames. However, when I separated the two solar panels in the two pack, I immediately saw one of the doors was in an open position. Upon closer inspection, I saw one of the door latching clips was broken off. I found the broken latch clip at the bottom of the solar panel. I was very disappointed at finding this. Other than the broken clip, the build quality is very good. They does have proper diode protection. MC4 connectors are well made. The panels all put out between 90 and 94 watts when I tested them on a somewhat hazy day. Do I did not expect to get the full 100 watts rated due to the haze. But I am pretty impressed with watts on such a hazy day. Other then the broken clip, they panels appear very good.
