DOKIO Limited Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

DOKIO provides a limited manufacturer’s warranty for products purchased exclusively through the DOKIO Official Website (dokiopv.com).

Warranty coverage begins from the date of original purchase, verified by a valid invoice or order confirmation from the official website.

2. Warranty Benefits

If a product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period, DOKIO will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or components free of charge

  • Replace the product with the same or functionally equivalent model

  • Provide a partial or full refund based on remaining warranty period and product condition


3. Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the DOKIO Official Website (dokiopv.com).

Products purchased through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, retail stores, distributors, or unauthorized sellers, are not covered under this warranty policy.

Warranty claims must include valid proof of purchase from the DOKIO Official Website.


4. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty does not cover any of the following:

Improper Use or Handling

  • Incorrect installation or wiring

  • Physical damage, impact, or modification

  • Exposure beyond specified environmental limits (temperature, humidity, or mechanical stress)

  • Portable panels exposed to rain, sand, or chemicals while unfolded

Normal Wear and Performance

  • Normal power degradation within product specification limits

  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, stains, or discoloration

  • Consumable accessories such as cables, connectors, or packaging materials

Unauthorized Products

  • Products not purchased from the DOKIO Official Website

  • Second-hand, refurbished, resold, or transferred products

  • Products with altered, missing, or unreadable serial numbers

Consequential Damages

  • Loss of power generation

  • Damage to batteries, devices, or systems connected to the product

  • Any indirect or incidental damages


5. Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please contact DOKIO Support via the official support page or email.

You will be required to provide:

  • Detailed description of the issue

  • Photos and/or videos showing the defect

  • Proof of purchase from the official website

  • Product serial number (located on the product label)

Review Process

  • Claims will be reviewed within 5 business days

  • DOKIO may request return of the product for inspection

Service Execution

  • Approved claims will be serviced according to Section 2

  • Customers are responsible for shipping defective products to the designated service center

  • DOKIO will cover the cost of return shipping for replacement or repaired units where applicable


6. Liability Limitation

DOKIO’s maximum liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your jurisdiction.


7. Technical Support

For products purchased outside the official website, DOKIO may still provide basic technical support when possible. However, warranty services such as repair, replacement, or refund are only available for official website purchases.
