Shipping Address Requirements

- Dokio is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Damaged Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact
support@dokiopv.comwithin 7 business days of delivery. - Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item(s) for inspection or claim purposes.
- While carrier-related damage is not always under our direct control, we will assist customers in resolving shipping damage claims when possible.
RETURN POLICY
Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories and components.
- This policy applies to U.S. orders only unless otherwise stated.
Return Process

support@dokiopv.comto request a return or exchange authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the request. - Once approved, follow our return instructions and package the item securely.

Please contact our after-sales support team for confirmation before returning any item. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Fees
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee depends on the carrier or shipping service selected by the consumer.
If the return is due to our error, including but not limited to damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, the consumer will not be required to bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges
- Customers may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement at no additional return shipping cost to the customer.
Order Cancellations
- Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- If a cancellation request is submitted before shipment and within the allowed cancellation period, the order may be canceled for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
- Please do not refuse delivery, as refusal may result in additional shipping or handling charges being deducted from the refund.
